I am a serial social entrepreneur, using strategic disruption and collaboration to create large-scale, lasting impact. As CEO and Founder of 9D Ventures, I bring ideas, people, and resources together to implement and optimize change. It’s more than just charting a plan; it’s about curiosity and proficiency, changing the conversation, and setting a trend. During my 11 years as CEO of Temech, I created professional and entrepreneurship opportunities for over 25,000 ultra-Orthodox women. I was Founder and SVP of The Kemach Foundation, which serves the ultra-Orthodox community in Israel with scholarships and job placements. These organizations enabled a generational change in the communities' approach and success in the workforce, and as contributors to the economy of Israel. I’ve served in a wide range of leadership roles in tech ventures, social impact initiatives, and NGOs, in partnership with the JDC, government, industry leaders, and philanthropic organizations. I’m an advisor on the Board of Directors of Leshomra, and on the Board of Governors of JCT Machon Lev. It is my great pleasure to mentor women in business, as well as social impact and business startups privately. I also mentor in frameworks such as Supersonas, IWF, MassChallenge and MadeinJLM / FemJLM. Born in the US, and based in Israel, I bring a fresh approach to communication across cultures; I’m an expert in guiding diverse groups to rethink systems, to create their own opportunities, and to become more powerful collaborators for change.
